Rates
Home Organizing
My hourly rate for working in your home or for shopping for your products is $25, with a minimum charge of one hour per home visit.
Business Organizing
My hourly rate for working in your home or for shopping for your products is $40, with a minimum charge of one hour per visit.
Home Staging
My fee for an initial consultation to prepare your home for sale is $50 for up to two hours. Thereafter, work is charged at the regular organizing rate.
Planning and Drafting
If your organizational project calls for me to do additional product research, planning or drafting, I charge $25 per hour, in 15-minute increments, for such work as I may have to do at home for you.
Shopping
I charge a 15% commission on products I purchase for your home to cover my shopping time.
